This dovetail machine, equipped with a router spindle, allows for the cutting of adjustable-height dovetails, catering to a variety of drawer and furniture component needs. The DT45 model can machine four distinct dovetail types, each with a unique pitch. Locking and unlocking of the workpieces is a manual process, facilitated by an eccentric clamp.

Constructed from cast iron and steel, this machine boasts exceptional stability and durability. The cutter height range of 3/16" to 3/4" accommodates diverse cutting depths and board thicknesses. An eccentric spindle collet ensures compatibility with resharpened cutters, while the extra-large, soft-grip handle provides positive control and comfort for the user.

The machine features four dovetail center lines, positioned at 1", 1-1/2", 2", and 2-1/2", allowing for a customized appearance in the finished product. Precision linear carriage bearings, sealed at both ends, effectively prevent dust buildup, ensuring smooth and reliable operation over time.
